  • Personalized ice breaker suggestions based on your style and event type
  • Graceful conversation exit strategies
  • Networking goal tracking and follow-up reminders
  • Personality-based networking style assessment

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PolarBear uses artificial intelligence to generate practice conversations, ice breakers, and coaching suggestions. AI-generated content is intended for practice and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the effectiveness of specific networking strategies in real-world situations. Always use your own judgment when interacting with others.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App for lawful purposes only
  • Not misuse AI practice sessions for harmful purposes
  • Provide accurate information during onboarding
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use networking strategies responsibly and respectfully in real-world settings

Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of PolarBear may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store according to their terms and policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PolarBear are owned by PolarBear and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AI characters, ice breaker libraries, and exit strategies are proprietary content.

Limitation of Liability

PolarBear provides networking coaching tools for practice and skill-building purposes. We are not responsible for the outcomes of your networking interactions. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Privacy

Your use of PolarBear is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
